EXTRAORDINARY MEETING FOR EXTRAORDINARY TIMES

We are sorry that due to the travel and meeting restrictions caused by Covid-19, we are not able to meet face-to-face in Amsterdam. The plans had to change but we are not giving up! 

The next MyData Community meeting will take place online on 19-20 March, both days at 12:30-16:30 CET. 

Join us for webinars, workshops, pitches, networking and open space! Yes, all this during the two day online-event and all this in MyData spirit of sharing, learning and inspiring each other. Join us to discuss the burning questions of MyData concept and find out what’s going on in MyData community. Scroll down for tentative agenda. 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

MyData Community Meetings are open to all the organisations that are taking an active role in the personal data ecosystem, whether companies providing solutions or research institutes, regulatory bodies or not-for-profit organisations.

  • All members of MyData – individual and organisational,
  • MyData hub initiators,
  • People interested in MyData, who want to get to know more about the concept and community,
  • All people, organisations and companies, who want to cooperate with MyData Global and MyData Hub Netherlands.

WHY ATTEND?

If you are new to MyData: 

  • Get to know MyData concept and community better,
  • Find a way to get involved, individually or with your business,
  • Inspire and get inspired!

If you know MyData for years:

  • Meet the newly elected leadership team,
  • Discuss the important questions about MyData concept and organisation,
  • Help accelerate the recently published European Data Strategy,
  • Energise and get energised!

What will happen during the meeting?

The online meeting will include webinars, pitches, workshops and an open space! You can take part in the whole meeting or in one or more sessions that interest you. If your recent meetup or event was cancelled and you would like to catch up with your colleagues in the virtual space, join the pop-up Open Space and meet online! 

OPEN SPACE

The pop-up Open Space offers the virtual space for everyone who would like to discuss their ideas, plans and projects within the MyData community. How does it work? 

  1. To book a space, go to the booking sheet 
  2. Inform your community about the meeting via Slack, email, or whatever channel you’re using
  3. If you promote the meeting on social media, please tag MyData (@mydataorg) so we can share it = thus, spreading the message to a wider audience 
  4. Choose a meeting host, who will make sure that your session ends at least 5 minutes before the next one starts.
